The vehicle I would like to purchase is the VinFast VF9 SUV, a cutting-edge electric car produced by Vietnam’s leading automotive brand, VinFast. The VF9 is not just an ordinary vehicle; it is a testament to the future of sustainable transportation. What makes it truly stand out is its state-of-the-art technology, eco-friendly design, and its affordable pricing when compared to international competitors in the electric vehicle market.
The primary reason I’m drawn to this car is its zero-emission electric engine, which is both environmentally friendly and cost-efficient in the long run. As the world shifts towards more sustainable energy solutions, owning an electric vehicle like the VF9 aligns with my desire to reduce my carbon footprint. Additionally, the VF9 is equipped with autonomous driving capabilities, advanced driver assistance systems, and a luxurious, spacious interior that makes it ideal for both city driving and long-distance travel.
In terms of its practical use, I would primarily use this vehicle for daily commuting and occasional road trips. With the car’s impressive range and recharging infrastructure expanding throughout Vietnam, the VF9 would provide me with the convenience of longer drives without the hassle of frequent refueling stops. It’s also perfect for family trips, given its SUV size, which provides ample space for passengers and luggage.
Lastly, supporting a Vietnamese company like VinFast is something I strongly believe in. VinFast is quickly gaining international recognition, and I take pride in the fact that it is contributing to the global shift towards greener technology. By purchasing this vehicle, I’m not only investing in high-performance, advanced technology, but also in the growth of a domestic brand that is committed to sustainability and innovation.

Part 3:
1. How has the way people use cars changed over the years?
From my point of view, in the past, cars were largely seen as luxury items, accessible only to the wealthy. Over time, with advancements in technology and increased production, they have become more affordable and essential for daily life. Nowadays, people use cars not just for commuting but also for leisure activities, long road trips, and even for work, such as ride-sharing services. Furthermore, with the rise of electric vehicles (EVs) and autonomous driving, people are becoming more concerned with sustainability and safety features rather than just speed and design.
2. What are the advantages of electric vehicles over traditional cars?
Electric vehicles offer numerous advantages compared to traditional combustion-engine cars. Firstly, they are much more environmentally friendly, producing zero emissions, which helps reduce air pollution and combat climate change. Secondly, EVs are more cost-efficient in the long term, as electricity is generally cheaper than gasoline, and maintenance costs are lower due to fewer moving parts. Lastly, with government incentives and the expansion of charging infrastructure, more people are considering EVs as a viable option for everyday use.
3. Do you think all vehicles will be electric in the future? Why or why not?
I believe that eventually, most vehicles will be electric, as the world is increasingly focusing on sustainability and reducing carbon footprints. Many governments are already setting goals to phase out petrol and diesel vehicles, and major car manufacturers are shifting their focus toward electric models. However, it may take some time for a complete transition due to the cost of building the necessary infrastructure, such as charging stations, and the fact that not all countries have the resources to switch to electric vehicles immediately.
4. What impact do you think self-driving cars will have on society?
Self-driving cars will likely have a profound impact on society. They could make transportation much safer by reducing human error, which is a leading cause of accidents. They would also increase efficiency, allowing people to use their commute time for other activities, such as work or rest. However, there may be challenges, such as the potential loss of jobs in industries like trucking and taxi services. Additionally, there are still ethical and regulatory concerns surrounding fully autonomous vehicles that need to be addressed before they become widely adopted.
